Established in 2021
We moved from Amalfi Coast (Italy) to California with the dream of opening up a Neapolitan Pizza stand, with the hopes of providing authenticity, freshness and showing our love and passion to the various communities in the greater Los Angeles area.
We have worked (and continue to work) endlessly to create what we believe to be the perfect dough, utilizing different flours and hydration percentages to ensure elasticity and lightness to every pizza.
Our bases and toppings are uncomplicated; we want to showcase the value of flavor through simplicity and freshness, without overwhelming the pallet.
